What can I send?
You can submit photos, doodles, screenshots, personal artwork, simple graphics, and inside jokes.
BLNK may refuse content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, contains explicit sexual content, graphic violence, or political campaign / partisan promotional material.
How does BLNK turn my image into embroidery?
We simplify your image into a design that works in thread.
That may mean reducing colors, removing tiny details, or adjusting shapes and composition.
The goal is not pixel-perfect reproduction. It is a recognizable BLNK version of your image.
Will I see the design before production?
Yes.
We send you a design proof before production begins.
We do not start stitching until you explicitly approve the current proof.
Can I request changes?
One design adjustment is included with your order.
After a revised proof is sent, you will be asked to approve it before production.
How large can the embroidery be?
BLNK currently supports embroidery up to approximately:
10 × 10 cm
Some designs may work better at a smaller size.
What is the BLNK Tee made from?
The current BLNK Tee is:

How much is the Custom Patch?
Custom Patch starts at:

The base price includes one thread color.
A second thread color adds USD $2.
A third thread color adds another USD $2.
Maximum: 3 thread colors.
What Patch attachment options are available?
Depending on the design and size, options may include:
- magnetic backing;
- pin backing;
- self-adhesive backing;
- punched-hole format;
- heat-activated / iron-on backing;
- hook-and-loop backing.
Final availability depends on the specific order.
How long does an order take?
After you approve your proof, normal production target is:
3–5 business days

7–20 business days

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, before proof approval.
Once you approve the proof and production begins, change-of-mind cancellation is no longer available for the personalized item.
Can I return a custom order?
Because BLNK products are personalized, change-of-mind returns and free size exchanges are not available after proof approval and production begins.
If we make a mistake, the item arrives materially damaged, or the embroidery materially differs from the approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will make it right.
Will you share my uploaded image?
Not by default.
Your source image, design proof, and custom work are private unless you separately give BLNK permission to feature them publicly.
How long do you keep my uploaded image?
Source images, design proofs, and revision files are normally retained for up to 180 days after order completion for customer support and order-related issues.

Orders are made and fulfilled in:
